Sr. Customer Support Engineer

You will be a part of the Karnataka Service Team and report to the State Service Manager. In this role, you will conduct service, repair, and installation of Beckman Coulter products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing system failures, determining cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues, developing new customer service/product agreements, and responding to customer support calls within an assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment and deliver basic operational training at installation. - Provide effective product and customer support, ensuring timely performance of Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) and seeking timely support for difficult product issues to avoid unnecessary downtime. - Maintain excellent customer relationships, specifically with directly assigned accounts, and adhere to field service policies, procedures, and standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Must be an Engineering Graduate with a B.E./B.Tech. Degree or higher. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field with exposure in customer services (Technical) in the IVD industry. - Adequate skills to consultatively help and support technical troubleshooting along with other functions. - Proven analytical skills and proficiency in basic MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and communication tools like Outlook, MS Teams. - Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery based on customer feedback. - Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction to drive business growth in a healthcare environment. **Additional Company Details:** At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
