Job Description

As a Sr. Customer Support Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering on-time service including timely installation of instruments, performing preventive maintenance, resolving instrument issues, and achieving service key performance indicators. Your territory will be responsible for generating service revenue, and you will be an integral part of the West Service Team located in Raipur, working remotely in a fully supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining instruments and systems in laboratory settings, providing basic operational training during installations, and offering effective product and customer support. You will also be expected to ensure timely preventive maintenance planning, seek support for complex product issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships with directly assigned accounts while adhering to field service policies and standards. To excel in this role, you must hold an Engineering Graduate degree such as B.E./B.Tech. with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in customer services within the IVD industry. Your skills should encompass consultative technical troubleshooting, analytical proficiency, and a solid grasp of basic MS Office tools and communication platforms. Driving corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback to enhance service delivery and striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction to drive business growth are also essential aspects of this position. Previous experience in technical field services of IVD products, revenue generation in service, and utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for call handling and closure would be advantageous.
