Job Description- Sr. Customer Experience Specialist. Interacts with customers prior to and after sale. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops and maintains positive customer relations. Coordinates w/ various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer. Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR Clear Backlogs. Respond Customer Queries and Claims (non Disputes). Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
