Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a strategic bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency, compliance, and profitability in financial domains such as risk and valuation adjustments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, risk management, and external stakeholders. - Provide expertise in Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA), Funding Valuation Adjustment (FVA), and Capital Valuation Adjustment (KVA). - Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research to gather business requirements. - Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables. - Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors. - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements. - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, financial metrics, and risk factors. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business analysis and project management in the financial sector. - Strong understanding of valuation adjustments (CVA, FVA, KVA, XVA). - Proficiency in creating detailed BRDs and functional documentation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. - Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. - Advanced knowledge of tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and data visualization platforms. - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or certifications like CBAP, CFA preferred).
