Job Description

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth by supporting system, data, and process needs. Your responsibilities will include streamlining the commissions process, managing implementation of solutions, and ensuring data quality standards for the commissions system. You will work closely with Finance and Business Applications teams to establish efficient processes and facilitate timely distribution of quota letters and sales certification letters. Your role will involve assisting with annual planning and quota setting, analyzing sales performance reports, and supporting auditors for SOX commission process and testing. You will be required to generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes. To excel in this role, you should be a strong team player with a positive attitude, focused on driving process improvements and minimizing errors. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to proactively solve problems will be crucial. Effective communication, time management, and project management skills are essential for meeting deadlines and managing multiple review points. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration - Proficiency using a sales compensation management system - Experience supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company - Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred - Bachelor's degree required - Experience with Xactly is beneficial If you are a self-starter, high-achiever, and possess strong integrity and judgment, we encourage you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.
