Sr. Co-ordinator Executive

You will be responsible for managing coordination between the Nagpur corporate office and the Mumbai office (Parel). This role involves facilitating cross-functional communication, workflow coordination across Regulatory, Purchase, and Graphic Design teams, and providing support for strategic operations. Your leadership qualities, attention to detail, and results-driven attitude will be essential for this position. Additionally, you will need to travel to the Mumbai office twice a month for in-person coordination and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate operational activities between the Nagpur and Mumbai offices - Collaborate with various teams to track project requirements and progress - Ensure timely follow-ups on documentation and deliverables - Monitor inventory levels and production schedules - Provide regular updates to senior management - Maintain accurate records - Organize meetings - Travel to the Mumbai office for in-person coordination Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and team coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Independence in work with minimal supervision - Detail-oriented problem-solving approach - Willingness to travel for business coordination The company is offering a full-time position based in Nagpur with a monthly salary range of 30000-35000 in hand.
