Position: Sr. Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Mohali,Punjab

Experience Required: 8+ Years (including 5+ years in a leadership role)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Your Impact

In this role, you will architect, implement, and lead high-performing Azure cloud and DevOps practices for large-scale eCommerce projects.

You will ensure that our infrastructure is secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance, while also mentoring a high-performing DevOps team and driving governance, automation, and operational excellence.

Your Role Will Include

• Leading the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations.

• Overseeing large-scale eCommerce projects with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Providing hands-on expertise in Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai.

• Driving governance, security compliance, and policy enforcement across cloud and DevOps environments.

• Managing and mentoring a larger DevOps team to ensure delivery excellence.

• Overseeing release management processes, including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and deployment strategies.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions aligned with business needs.

What You Bring

• Azure Certified Solutions Architect credentials with deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies.

• Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and delivering large-scale, high-availability eCommerce solutions.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Akamai, and in-memory database solutions.

• Strong knowledge of security principles, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.

• Hands-on skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), CI/CD tools, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
