Technical Support Management
24/7 operations, SLA/KPI ownership
Experience with escalation workflows and customer-facing issue resolution
Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticketing tools
Leadership & Process Improvement
Has led technical support/cloud ops teams (3+ years managerial experience)
Demonstrates continuous improvement in tools/processes (e.g., onboarding, escalations, tooling)
Experience delivering executive reports or operational dashboards
DevOps Knowledge
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with Terraform, Ansible, Helm
Experience working alongside development teams to deploy apps
Certifications (Preferred)
AWS Solutions Architect Pro or DevOps Pro
ITIL v3/v4
Linux Admin, CKA/CKAD
