Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have at least 8 plus years of experience in Recruiting contingent labour into Financial and professional Services Companies, with a proven track record of selling to FTSE clients. Your experience should include scoping out strategic contingent work programs, such as ramp-up plans, right-to-hire models, and a good understanding of Statement of Work engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers within large enterprises - Identifying strategic opportunities with Overall Client Owners and positioning resourcing to the existing customer base - Demonstrating proven sales acumen and the ability to seed and grow new business - Creating and delivering winning proposals and offerings with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Utilizing negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills effectively Additionally, you should have the ability to be personable, perceptive, and emotionally intelligent. Experience working throughout both the sales and delivery process is essential for this role. You must also embrace WWT's Core Values and Business Concepts, using them as tools to drive best practices always.,
