Sr Client Services Consultant

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have at least 8 plus years of experience in Recruiting contingent labour into Financial and professional Services Companies, with a proven track record of selling to FTSE clients. Your experience should include scoping out strategic contingent work programs, such as ramp-up plans, right-to-hire models, and a good understanding of Statement of Work engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers within large enterprises - Identifying strategic opportunities with Overall Client Owners and positioning resourcing to the existing customer base - Demonstrating proven sales acumen and the ability to seed and grow new business - Creating and delivering winning proposals and offerings with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Utilizing negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills effectively Additionally, you should have the ability to be personable, perceptive, and emotionally intelligent. Experience working throughout both the sales and delivery process is essential for this role.
