Job Description

As a Sr. Buyer at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting Procurement Operations for Facilities and HR Services. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely purchase order creation. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communicational skills, collaborate effectively across departments, and adopt a strategic approach to cost management and service quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate vendors for facilities and HR services, analyzing quotes from a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective and validating quotation prices with vendors. - Negotiate facility leases, maintenance contracts, and HR service agreements to secure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and favorable terms. - Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers for both facilities and HR services. - Manage the e-invoicing process, correct vendor records, and maintain the supplier database. - Support facilities coordinators and HR stakeholders. - Effectively communicate and resolve issues with all internal and external partners. - Maintain proficiency in facilities and HR procurement policies and procedures. - Ensure SLA compliance and performance monitoring for all facility and HR service providers. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 to 6 years' experience in Procurement/Purchasing, with specific expertise in facilities and HR services. - Experience in managing sourcing for rent, utilities, and maintenance of corporate facilities. - Familiarity with sourcing HR services such as employee benefits, recruitment agencies, and training vendors. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self-management skills within assigned accountabilities. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate effectively with Facilities coordinators, HR stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and other functions. - Ability to manage change effectively while considering business processes and systems implications.
