Job Description

As a Sr. Sales Executive / Sr. BDE / Key Account Executive-sales (Field Work) for ERNAKULAM, you will work from your hometown and interact with both genders. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a targeted B2B sales strategy focusing on contractors, builders, developers, architects, and material suppliers. - Generating leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. - Building strong customer relationships by understanding project needs and offering tailored solutions. - Gaining deep product knowledge to effectively present the benefits of ready-mix plaster, such as ease of use, consistent quality, faster application, and cost savings, through demos and presentations. - Preparing accurate proposals, negotiating deals, and working closely with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications: - Experienced candidates with 4-8 years in sales are encouraged to apply. - Any graduates are preferred.
