Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the

    B2B IT Staff Augmentation

    domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    CXO-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and hiring managers

    across industries.
  • Generate qualified leads, create proposals, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and drive account penetration within assigned geographies (Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram).
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
  • Represent Organization at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums (with willingness to travel).
  • Prepare and present business reviews and pipeline reports to leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 817 years

    of proven experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    within IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, or Professional Services.
  • Strong

    consultative selling background

    with a track record of generating new business in the B2B space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and map them with the right IT staffing solutions.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers (preferred).
  • Open to travel across locations for business meetings.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
