Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for independently acquiring high-value projects through platforms like Upwork and similar freelancing portals. Your role will involve leading the bidding strategy, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business growth in domains such as AI, Web, and Mobile App Development. You will actively bid on projects online to acquire new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Identifying, connecting, and converting potential clients into profitable business engagements will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will create persuasive project proposals tailored to client requirements, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to secure project deals successfully. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies will be essential for enhancing business development efforts. You will collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Achieving monthly sales targets and regularly updating progress through detailed reports on bids, leads, and closed deals will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork and other similar channels. A solid understanding of freelancing platforms, business development practices, and online bidding strategies is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills, expertise in crafting professional proposals and client correspondence, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and a good understanding of IT services and solutions are important skills for this role. Proficiency in bidding platforms, CRM tools, and business development software, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, are also essential.
