Sr. Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the IT and tech industry.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, such as web and app development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and finalize deals while maintaining profitability.

Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM software.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to provide the best solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in web/app development, digital marketing, or related tech services.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their business needs.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
