Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industry segments. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information for bids and tenders. Support pre-sales activities , including client follow-ups and pipeline management. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and conversions in CRM systems. Contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach and strong client engagement. Assist in developing business strategies and presentations for ITeS projects under various government and private initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales within Print, ITeS, Manpower, MRBD, Collection , or Solar industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and client servicing . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Knowledge or prior experience in ITeS solutions, Tender preparation / participation and experience in E-government schemes (preferred) .
