As a Sr Business Associate - C13 (Vice President) at a global financial institution, you will be a part of the Markets Operations Business Execution /Global Financial Management Team within the Markets COO organization. Your role will involve financial planning and analysis, management reporting, problem-solving, and communication to support the Head of Financial Management. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and contextualizing data to generate the financial plan - Supporting the execution of the financial plan - Driving and tracking efficiency initiatives - Facilitating and governing resourcing across the organization - Producing various reports for stakeholders, including monthly forecasting and headcount tracking - Ensuring robust financial governance by producing material for senior stakeholders - Conducting risk assessments aligned with business decisions - Enhancing processes, tooling, and controls within the team Qualifications required for this role include a Finance/Accounting background, experience in expense and headcount management, budgeting, financial planning, ability to work with large data sets, producing quality presentation materials, strong work ethic, positive mindset, collaborative team player, and excellent communication skills.
