Sr. Business Analyst -Warehouse Management

As a Sr. Business Analyst with a background in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management, your role will involve playing an interface between the business and IT. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and assessing requirements with stakeholders to understand current and future business processes. - Developing an implementation roadmap aligned with business demands. - Conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis for new strategic investments in Warehouse automation. - Creating a change management process to facilitate a smooth digital transformation from legacy systems. - Generating sustainable and innovative ideas for cutting-edge solutions. - Identifying opportunities, analyzing business priorities, and providing solutions within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems in Retail & CPG. Your qualifications should include: - 4+ years of supply chain management experience with expertise in Warehouse Transportation & Logistics, technical skills, and customer-facing abilities. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a certification in Supply Chain & Logistics. - Proficiency in interpreting requirements using various tools like activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, flowcharts, and business process descriptions. - Experience in solutioning, selling, and implementing warehouse transformation programs. - Involvement in 3PL, 4PL operational pursuits. - Familiarity with a range of Supply Chain management solutions such as WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS/LMD. - Knowledge of SCM ERP systems like SAP-MM/WM/SD/eWMS, BlueYonder, Oracle, Infor. - Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing process and IT solutions. - Ability to engage effectively with clients and internal colleagues at all levels. - Capability to devise unique solutions for complex material engineering flow problems. - Proficiency in interacting with both business and IT managers to address challenges and propose solutions. - Preferably experienced in Agile implementation methodology. - Willingness to travel 100% to customer sites domestically and internationally.,
