Sr. Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at LeewayHertz, you will be part of a dynamic team working with international clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, conducting detailed analysis, defining project scope, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with international clients to understand their business objectives and requirements. - Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and translate them into business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional requirements documents (FRDs). - Prioritize user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and elicit feedback. - Identify and analyze business processes for improvement and optimization. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and other documentation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience working with international clients is a plus.
