Sr. Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Skilled in requirement gathering and articulating - Creation of Requirement documents and Functional Test case documents - Execution of Functional testing and reporting defects - Taking ownership of the solution delivery to customers using our product offering, from requirement confirmation to final customer acceptance - Conducting customer business requirement analysis through Requirement Workshops and Conference Room Pilots - Conceptualizing solutions using our product offering to meet customer requirements - Presenting scenarios to customers and obtaining agreement on chosen scenarios - Leading the development team in building the proposed solution - Leading the engagement team in testing and approval of the final solution In addition to the technical skills, the following soft skills are essential for success in this role: - Analytical skills to conduct sessions with customer personnel for solution evaluation - Strong conceptualization abilities - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to engage with senior management of customers - Leadership skills to manage development teams effectively - Overall management skills to maintain positive customer relationships - Confidence, responsibility, and high initiative drive - Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills Qualifications required for this position include: - MBA / MMS / PGDBA with a mandatory first-class throughout academics Experience: - 5 to 9 years Job Location: - Mumbai / Pune (Possibility of being posted at client sites worldwide during assignments with potential travel involved),
