Sr Bench Sales Lead/Manager for US Staffing (Hyderabad Location)

Role Overview: You will be a seasoned and driven Sr. Bench Sales Lead / Manager responsible for managing the full bench sales life cycle in a high-performance US staffing environment. As an individual contributor, you will source job requirements, screen bench consultants, negotiate rates, engage with consultants, maintain relationships, collaborate with the team, and proactively market consultants for client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and submit bench consultants for job openings from prime vendors, system integrators (SIs), and direct clients - Secure the best possible rates while ensuring client and consultant satisfaction - Handle consultants with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, and independent work authorizations - Regularly follow up with consultants to align them with suitable opportunities - Represent and promote the company effectively to attract top-tier talent - Maintain strong communication with consultants, vendors, and partners - Collaborate with the Account Manager and Director of Recruiting to enhance bench sales operations - Proactively market consultants for current and upcoming client needs Qualifications Required: - Experience Level: 8-15 years in US Bench Sales & Marketing Additional Details: Join us at Headway Tek and be a key driver of growth and success.
