Job Description

In this role as a Senior Business Analyst in Solutions and Business Development, your primary focus will be on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency, particularly using Solution Manager. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in alignment with organizational goals. - Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes. - Design and implement innovative solutions using Solution Manager to address complex business challenges. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather insights for solution development. - Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies in business analysis and solution management. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems. - Lead user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users for successful adoption of new solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings. - Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for new solutions and services. - Contribute to the company's mission by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications: - Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Solution Manager for solution design and implementation. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. - Have a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions in a hybrid work environment. - Show ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Certifications Required: - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - ITIL Foundation Certification,
