Job Description

You will be responsible for engaging with assigned leads and promptly initiating contact through the auto dialer system. Your primary task will be to qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad's programs. It is crucial to build rapport, credibility, and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening. A key aspect of your role will be to schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads. You will need to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process seamlessly. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system will be essential to track progress and optimize future engagements.,
