Sr Associate, Travel

Overview: We are looking for a self-driven, customer-focused problem solver to join our Corporate Travel Operations team who is also an expert in handling visas with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. We provide intensive internal travel department training and an individualized mentorship program to develop your travel knowledge and customer service skills. In This Role, You Will: Provide exceptional attention to detail, traveler care, and customer service to CVENT employees Familiarity with international travel procedures Research requirements for international travel, including vaccination and/or visa and passport requirements Ensure the latest updated policies, procedures, and desk Instructions are read complied Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal) Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient, routings for the lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the Corporations business travel policies Comply with all legal and industry standards. Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients Accurately complete end-to-end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangements for air, hotel, car rail Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere to SLA Heres What You Need: Any graduate Diploma / Degree (travel tourism would be an added advantage, but not necessary) Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in the travel /or visa domain Must have world geography knowledge Ability to build excellent business relationships with customer groups, peers, and seniors Should be a team player, yet self-motivated Ability to work flexible hours Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
