Role & responsibilities Experience: 4-5 years Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation, preferably in Northeast India or similar regions. Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck maintenance, regulatory standards, and safety practices. Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team 8-10 staff members and 300+ drivers Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and find effective solutions. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with drivers, staff, and management. Technical Skills: Familiarity with fleet management software, GPS tracking, and data analysis tools such as excel/g-sheet. Education: A degree or diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field is desirable.
