The candidate should have a strong expertise in data analysis and fund operations background.
Experienced in using Electra and Portia applications.
The candidate will have to display strong teamwork and sense of ownership.
Candidate should have a good understanding of various portfolio operations activities such as reconciliation, monthly fund reporting, management fee booking etc.
Perform daily, bi-monthly and monthly position and cash reconciliation.
Resolve breaks identified in the reconciliations, especially the aged ones
Reconcile and monitor performance data across funds
Compute management fee, compile and post management fee entries
Perform monthly tasks such as MV recon, locking funds, saving reports etc.
High accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Good command in MS-office
Ability to work with stringent deadlines while maintaining high quality of the output
Good verbal as well as written communication skills
