Sr Associate Engineering Lead

Role Overview: As a Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and driving the application strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Domain Tech Lead. You will ensure the technical consistency of solutions in the Hive with the business architecture, technology architecture, and enterprise technology standards. Your role will involve executing the Hives product vision with the Hive Leads and collaborating with them on the technology roadmap. Additionally, you will be communicating technical feasibility and constraints and providing clear explanations of technical issues to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Influence prioritization for technology backlog and strategic initiatives. - Align detailed technical solutions with strategic roadmaps, long-term architecture, and product/platform vision. - Support the squad in slicing the backlog into independently shippable experiences for customers and ensure technical delivery excellence. - Identify and address technical and design dependencies to enhance delivery speed and quality. - Work with chapters to promote quality engineering, technical craftsmanship, and drive solution standardization. Qualifications: - Graduation or Post-Graduation in Computer Science Engineering. - Experience in software development using Agile methodologies. - Knowledge & Experience in Agile & Lean frameworks, API & Microservices, J2EE, OOA, OOP, Integration technologies like MQ, Kafka, Solace, Container platforms, Cloud technologies, DevOps, and SRE. - Experience with relational databases and NOSQL databases. - More than 10 years of experience in the software development domain. - Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
