This role is designed for someone hands-on with websites/apps, landing pages, and
tracking setups, while also being strong in content, communication, and research. About
65% of the role focuses on technical management + content/communications research, with
the remaining 35% dedicated to media buying + affiliate deal sourcing, with the
contribution of the latter increasing with time, leading to a heavy growth-focused role.
1. Own websites, landing page optimizations and CRO. Set up and manage plugins,
pixels, tools, and tracking infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with developers, designers, the content team, and other business
verticals for enhancements.
3. Oversee content publishing on internal assets and communications with
partners/agencies/freelancers
4. Conduct primary and secondary market research to track industry shifts, tools,
and opportunities.
5. Support planning, execution, and optimization of PPC/Search campaigns.
1. 3–6 years of experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing with a
technical focus.
2. Strong experience with WordPress, landing page optimization, plugins, and tracking
setups.
3. Excellent communication and content management skills.
4. Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient — thrives in dynamic environments.
5. Fast learner and can learn and adapt to new tools and technologies on his own
- Familiarity with PPC and affiliate networks is a plus.
1. Prior experience in a fast-growing affiliate/media buying business.
