Job Description

Senior Area Sales Manager - CCGI Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

Senior Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee sales of Doors and Windows
in the assigned area, providing support in operations as needed.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
consistently.
Spearhead the specification of Building Material Products
within Government Departments such as PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, Slum Board, and other Corporates in the assigned areas.
Manage the entire tender and quotation process
to secure government projects.
Acquire direct clients
through government projects, generating significant business.
Cultivate healthy relationships
with new and existing channel partners, encouraging them to recommend our products to their clients.
Finalize orders
by providing the best possible sales experience to clients.
Address client queries
and ensure they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.
Attend regular company training sessions
to enhance technical knowledge of our products.
Strategize and develop new business opportunities
, with a strong focus on government projects.
Assist operations
with sales order processing and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

experience
in specifying Building Material Products in Government Departments like PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, and Slum Board.
Qualification:
Graduate, Post Graduate, or MBA (Marketing).
Strong communication skills
and proven selling abilities.
Result-oriented
on a daily and monthly basis.
Presentable and fluent
in English and the local language.
Proactive approach
and self-driven.
In-depth market knowledge
of the particular zone.
