5-8 years of Life Insurance sales exp + atleast 2 years in team leadership roles.
Qualification:

Graduate (MBA preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Head to lead for the Partner Office (PO) Channel / Alternate Partner Channel (APC) in given region. This role demands strong leadership, business development skills, and a deep understanding of Life Insurance agency distribution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive sales through the Alternate Personal Channel (APC) in the assigned area.
Lead and manage a team of Agency Development Managers (ADMs) and Unit Managers (UMs).
Recruit, train, and develop frontline sales managers and agents.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets (premium, persistency, productivity).
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience : Minimum 7 years in Life Insurance with Agency Channel with atleast 2 years in team handling roles.
Experience in APC / PO / Agency channel is highly preferred.
