Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Meeting & exceeding business goals/targets in different products ie. Loans & Insurance bundled/Non Bundled through Lead fulfillment & Field Activity on existing Data Base Manage

The Deputy Manager - Personal Loans (PL) for the Prime segment in Tier 2 cities will be responsible for driving the growth and management of personal loan portfolios within the assigned region. This role involves overseeing loan origination, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and delivering superior customer service to the prime customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the personal loan portfolio for prime customers in Tier 2 locations.
Lead a team (if applicable) to achieve business targets and loan disbursement goals.
Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending policies.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Monitor loan performance, manage delinquencies, and implement recovery strategies as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and vendors.
