Job Description

Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on going projects.
Working on DCPR 2034.
Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.
Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.
Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.
Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.
Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.
Site Visits once in a week.
Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.
Handling Team of Architects and Draughtsman.
Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.
Any other tasks delegated by the management.
