Job Description

You will be joining Neilsoft, a global Engineering Services, Software, and Products company based in Pune, India. Neilsoft specializes in collaborating with clients in the Construction, Process & Manufacturing industry to improve project efficiency, adopt new technologies, and drive digital transformation through the use of emerging technologies and engineering tools. With their vast international experience, Neilsoft offers integrated services and solutions worldwide. As a Sr. Architect based in Pune, your responsibilities will include managing a team and overseeing the development of the team for a specific segment. You will be required to liaise and coordinate with clients through calls, emails, deliverables, queries, and estimations. Daily task allocation, process review, quality checks, and ensuring timely deliveries will be among your primary responsibilities. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and supervise teams accordingly. Collaboration with other disciplines, understanding inputs, and raising/resolving RFIs will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to address team issues and daily problems, as well as create Parametric Families, conduct Staircase modeling, and manage Curtain wall complex modeling. Preparation of conceptual and detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, clash detection, coordination, and adherence to Neilsoft's Core Values and Quality Systems are crucial components of this role. You will be required to work from the office daily and lead the team in executing projects effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should possess skills in Architectural Design, Project Management, and Construction Oversight. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and proficiency in emerging architectural technologies is necessary. Regulatory compliance knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, a degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's), LEED certification, and experience in the Construction or Engineering industry are preferred qualifications.
