Job Description

Able to lead small architectural design teams through all stages of Design development and documentation.
Able to lead Revit Modelling and Drawing production in accordance with BIM Execution Plan & BIM standards compliance
BIM Model and Drawing co-ordination (within Architecture & Cross Discipline).
Contribute to and implement standardization of procedures
Responsible for accuracy of work
Aware of international best practices and industry standards
Good communication skills
Good learning skills and contribute to team building
Prepares designs, sketches and diagrams
Software skills: Revit, CAD, Excel and able to coordinate using Navisworks and other coordination software
Assists in preparing Design presentations and reports
Assists in preparing packages for statutory authorities
Assists in technical support to site supervision teams and resolve design related issues for site
Assists in making technical decisions regarding resolution of clashes between disciplines
Assists in architectural resource planning
