Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Analyst to join our team in the Consolidation department at Gradiant India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consolidation and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and consolidate financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain databases and systems to track and analyze data.
Provide expert advice and guidance on consolidation and analysis-related matters.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
