Job Description: Lead Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) application support for Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments

platforms.

• Basic Knowledge on KOMGO – Trade Finance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, including domestic and cross-border

transactions, payment file processing, and approval workflows.

• Support basic treasury operations such as cash management, liquidity tracking, and

bank connectivity.

• Analyze and resolve issues by reviewing application logs, error messages, and integration

points.

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payment and treasury operations.
• Assist in onboarding new payment formats and connectivity protocols (SFTP/API).

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in application support, preferably in banking, treasury, or

payments environments.

• Working knowledge of:
• Payment flows (domestic, cross-border, payment files, approvals).
• Basic treasury operations (cash management, liquidity, bank connectivity).
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret application logs and error messages.
• Familiarity with file formats (CSV, XML, ISO20022).
• Understanding of SFTP and API connectivity concepts.
• Experience as an end user of Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments is a strong

advantage for L1 support.
