We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Analyst/Lead Workday HRIS Integrations & Reporting to join our global HRIS team at Vishay India, based in Pune. In this role, you will play a key part in centralizing our HR technologies and processes on a global scale, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday, our Global Human Resources platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Integration Design and Implementation: Collaborating with HR stakeholders worldwide to design, develop, test, and deliver Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems for effective HR data management. - Subject Matter Expertise: Providing technical guidance on HR interpretations and best practices to shape HR processes, ensure compliance, and consult with internal and external customers on Vishay's HR data landscape. - Reporting: Designing, troubleshooting, and building reports using Workday reporting tools, including Prism, to provide insights for decision-making and support HR analytics. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration. - Workday Integration or Reporting Certificate (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in XSLT Transformation and working with XML data. - Hands-on experience with third-party applications using Workday Integration tools and a strong understanding of HRIS design principles. - Good grasp of Workday reporting features, including Prism. - Advanced HR knowledge, global team collaboration experience, customer service orientation, effective communication, and organizational skills. - A Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
