Sr. Analyst OTC Operations

As a Senior OTC Operations Analyst at Orange Business, your primary responsibility is to support revenue assurance programs by ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, thereby maintaining a smooth flow of revenue. You will play a crucial role in the Order-to-Cash process, from day-to-day operations to the implementation phase. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day OTC activities during the run phase - Handle ordering capability to facilitate service requests - Commercial inventory management - Ensure accurate and timely invoice production - Handle customer claims promptly and professionally - Implement corrective and improvement actions for revenue assurance - Set up transitory and target solutions during the implementation phase - Manage all supporting functions of OTC operations activities - Supervise analysts working on billing preparation, tools evolution, reporting, etc. - Support ordering activities and handle ad-hoc requests - Establish end-to-end workflow processes from ordering to billing - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone - Produce and publish reports aligned with business requirements - Report internal KPIs and monitor OTC activities and quality - Monitor contractual OTC SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement - Create user guides and ensure updated procedure documentation - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Ensure compliance with defined processes and suggest enhancements proactively - Train and support OTC Ops analysts and senior OTC Analyst on processes and tools Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent experience in order and billing management - Degree/equivalent in Accounting/Finance or business management field preferred - 4-6 years of experience in global ordering or billing management in an international environment - Experience in customer support, sales administration, or telecommunication industry - Skills in integration, outsourcing, customer support, communication, and analytical thinking - Ability to work in an international and operational environment with attention to detail - Good Finance & Accounting skills and proficiency in English (French would be a plus) - Willingness to work occasional shift work or extended hours - Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and positive attitude - High competency in PC applications In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of billing, suggest and implement improvements, and manage complex data with analytical skills.
