Job Overview

Sr. Analyst Trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating soft skills and communication training programs for employees as part of the organizations L&D initiatives. This role demands strong facilitation skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to mentor and manage training teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Looking from Insurance or P&C background
• Conduct soft skills, communication, and V&A training sessions.
• Plan and schedule training for upcoming batches.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Handle team performance, ensuring trainers meet set objectives.
• Mentor and groom new trainers, team members, and GTT trainers.
• Design, update, and maintain training manuals and workbooks in coordination with process heads and supervisors.
• Obtain periodic approvals for training materials (semi-annually).
• Prepare and submit training activity reports — weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual.
• Conduct induction, pre-process, and language training for new hires.
• Manage domain and custom examinations and publish results and analytics.
• Take initiative to enhance the overall training process and learner experience.
• Support client visits, presentations, and audits related to training.

• Experience in V&A training preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail oriented.
• Team-oriented with strong mentoring capabilities.

Experience Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
• Prior experience as a Senior Trainer / Evolve Trainer / L&D Analyst preferred.
