This growing demand necessitates a dedicated Senior Technology Analyst who can effectively analyze technical data, facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, and communicate effectively. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of platform solutions. **Key Responsibilities / Duties:** - Analyze complex technical data to support decision-making processes. - Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports and presentations. - Work closely with engineering teams to identify technical requirements. - Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly. - Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects. - Monitor project progress and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies. - Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the platform. - Coordinate the implementation of upgrades or new systems to enhance performance. - Provide ongoing support for platform systems, addressing any issues promptly. - Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, bugs, or other technical problems. **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of experience serving as technical analysts or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment. - Experience in internships or entry-level positions related to product management, project management, or business analysis. - Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
