Sr. Admin & Front Office Executive in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, and ensure professional and high-quality service
• Handle phone calls, emails, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently, maintain accurate records, manage access protocols, and ensure security compliance
• Coordinate with admin/HR for facilities management, courier services, vendor coordination, and office supplies
• Assist management with executive-level support, presentations, and reports when needed
• Administer and manage contracts
• Manage vendors and service checks, investigate complaints on service and equipment, and take corrective steps
• Monitor and supervise daily and routine soft service aspects of facility management including housekeeping, pantry, janitorial and support services, horticulture, and pest management
• Maintain record keeping, conduct regular physical inventories, and participate actively in the procurement of supplies and equipment
• Record data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and timecards, and prepare periodic reports
• Liaise with government authorities with proven experience
