Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Accounts Manager

Company Name: Sarom Fab Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Thane

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Job Summary:

Sr. Accounts Manager (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Audit.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Provide management with financial analysis and MIS reports for business planning.
Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
37 years
of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prior experience in the
Home Furnishing
or
Manufacturing
industry will be an added advantage.
