Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive based in Mumbai. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and increasing sales opportunities. The role includes daily tasks such as prospecting new clients, preparing sales proposals, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The Senior Account Executive will also identify market trends and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Prospecting, and Sales Proposal Preparation
  • Record Keeping and Data Management skills
  • Team Collaboration and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with security services or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
