Job description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) with a proven track record in EdTech sales. In this role, you'll engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and consultatively pitch career-transforming tech programs. If you're target-driven, confident in your communication, and passionate about education, we want you.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)
1–6 years total experience in sales/business development
Exceptional English spoken and written communication skills
Strong sales mindset: consultative selling, objection handling & closing
Comfortable with performance-driven culture & monthly targets
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound leads and follow up with prospective learners
Understand customer needs and offer the right course solutions
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Maintain proper CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Build a strong rapport with leads for long-term success
Good-to-Have (Bonus)
Experience in selling high-ticket EdTech products (₹50,000 and above)
Exposure to K-12 or working professional sales
Knowledge of LMS, CRM, or other sales tools
