Job Description

Job Description – SPSS Online Trainer
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SPSS Online Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for learners at various levels. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting online training programmes that enhance participants’ skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation using SPSS.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interactive online training sessions on SPSS (basic to advanced).
  • Design course materials, presentations, exercises, and case studies tailored to learners’ needs.
  • Teach statistical concepts such as descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, regression, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, and advanced modelling using SPSS.
  • Guide participants in data preparation, data cleaning, and analysis techniques within SPSS.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations to ensure practical understanding of statistical methods.
  • Assess learners’ progress through assignments, projects, and Q&A sessions.
  • Offer mentoring and support to participants to clarify concepts and strengthen application skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest features of SPSS and best practices in online training.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SPSS trainer, instructor, or data analyst.
  • Strong expertise in statistics, data analysis, and research methodology.
  • Proficiency in SPSS software and its various modules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for online teaching.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in creating e-learning content and delivering virtual training preferred.
