As a Sprinklr Managed Services professional based in Navi Mumbai, your role will be full-time and on-site. You will be responsible for managing IT services, offering technical support, ensuring network security, and collaborating with the sales team. Your duties will also include maintaining service quality, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring network performance, and contributing to client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Managed Services and IT Service Management, possess technical support and network security skills, demonstrate competence in sales and customer relationship management, showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Having relevant certifications in IT Service Management or Network Security will be considered a plus.,
