Sports Officer

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master's degree in Physical Education or Sports Science along with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and directing coaches and staff as required. It will be your duty to ensure the safety of all sport activities by checking venues and managing facilities. You will also be tasked with promoting and organizing projects and sports events in accordance with the Sports Manual. Monitoring students" performance and progress, as well as preparing the University sports teams for participation in authorized sporting events, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to review and evaluate the performance of coaches and staff. Maintaining records, generating written reports, preparing annual reports, conducting annual sports inventory, budgeting for sports events, and managing available resources will also fall under your purview.,
