Sports Officer

The University invites applications for the post of Sports Officer to strengthen and promote sports

culture on campus and nurture talent among students.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, organize, and oversee sports and fitness programs for students.

? Train, mentor, and guide university teams for inter-university/state/nationwide level

competitions.

? Maintain sports infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.

? Foster a culture of health, wellness, and sportsmanship on campus.

? Coordinate with various departments for sports-related events, tournaments, and activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

? Masters Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) or equivalent from a recognized university.

? Proven experience in organizing and supervising sports programs.

? Excellent knowledge of sports rules, techniques, and contemporary fitness practices.

? Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desirable:

? Representation at inter-university/All India level competitions.

? Experience in managing university sports teams.
