Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Scheduling: Create and maintain d etailed project timelines for multiple slot game developments, ensuring all key milestones are clear, achievable, and aligned with the overall game release strategy. • Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between design, development, art, QA, and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Progress Reporting: Track the status of ongoing slot game projects, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders on milestones, risks, and overall project health. • Quality Control Oversight: Ensure each slot game meets internal quality standards, overseeing testing procedures and integrating QA feedback into the development process. • Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources across teams, tracking workloads and ensuring each team member has necessary capacity to meet deadlines. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and internal departments. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation, including Game Design Documents (GDDs), progress reports, and compliance records. • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director to align project execution with the creative vision, visualizing and guiding animations across the product.
