Job Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced Sports Coachesto join our team and train athletes at various skill levels. The ideal candidate should be committed to player development, fostering discipline, and ensuring high-quality training standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    structured training sessions for athletes based on their skill levels.

  • Develop

    personalized training plans to improve performance and fitness.

  • Assess

    athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Guide

    athletes in sportsmanship, discipline, and mental resilience.

  • Work

    closely with academy management to organize sports events and tournaments.

  • Stay updated

    with modern coaching methodologies and sports trends.
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sports Coach in a professional or academy setup.
  • Specialization in one or more sports (Football, Cricket, Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, etc.).
  • Coaching certifications from recognized sports federations are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate athletes of different age groups.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and competitive sports environment.
