Sports Coach

As an Assistant Coach at LittleAce Sports Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Coach in planning and delivering engaging multi-sport sessions for children aged 2 to 15. Your passion for working with kids, interest in sports, and desire to grow in the field of youth coaching and sports education will drive your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in conducting multi-sport training sessions for children aged 2 to 15 - Support the Senior Coach in session planning and delivery - Engage with children in a fun, energetic, and child-friendly manner - Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions - Assist in organizing school events, sports days, and inter-school activities - Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the coaching team **Qualifications & Skills:** - Background in Physical Education, Sports Science, or any relevant field preferred - Prior experience in coaching or working with children is a plus (not mandatory) - Passionate about sports and youth development - Energetic, patient, and a good communicator - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Basic knowledge of multiple sports and training techniques At LittleAce Sports Pvt Ltd, we offer a supportive work environment focused on learning and growth, providing you with the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
